Benjamin Grant, best known as BG, is an innovative higher education thought-leader. Specializing in engaging, supporting, and challenging students, BG has successfully implemented intentional culture shifts at three different colleges and universities before joining D’Youville University in 2018.
Grant holds a BPS in Culinary Arts and Service Management from Paul Smith’s College, MS in College Student Personnel Administration from SUNY Buffalo State University, and EdD in Educational Leadership from D’Youville University.
As a 2022-2023 American Council on Education Fellow, BG focused his development on institutional advancement, shared governance, and better understanding of the lived experiences of c-suite education executives.
After more than a decade of operatic, jazz, and theatrical training, Vancouver-born Mathew V developed his signature vocal style while living in London, England. Since returning to Canada, his albums The Fifth and Two Faced have produced Top 40 radio hits and earned international recognition from Billboard, NYLON, and American Songwriter.

Becky Kellar competed at the first four Olympic Winter Games in which women’s ice hockey was included, winning one silver and three gold medals. Kellar was a member of the Canadian Women’s National Team from 1997 to 2010. During that time, she won four world championship titles in seven appearances, taking silver for the other three times.
