Matt Banker has 20+ years of senior-level college athletics administrative experience including stops at the NCAA national office, the Ohio Valley Conference (an NCAA Division I Conference), and the University of Louisville (an NCAA Division I Power-4 University).

Matt’s experience and insights in college athletics touches recruiting, scholarships, roster management, Name-Image-Likeness (NIL), eligibility, governance, legislation, sport administration, organizational strategy, legal, compliance, financial, technology, sport program budget and other areas. Matt has helped thousands of athletes, parents, coaches, sport clubs, universities, and colleges navigate the complex world of college athletics.

Matt has appeared in many national sports media outlets (e.g., Sports Illustrated; Yahoo Finance; US News & World Report; Rivals; 24-7 Sports; ABC/WISN; PBS); he has served-on numerous NCAA and conference level committees and councils; and he has presented at several national conferences and conventions including the NCAA convention, NACDA convention, several coaches association conventions, and other national events.
