We are excited to introduce our special guest speaker Larissa Franklin. Larissa is an RBC Canadian Olympian, Olympic Bronze Medalist, Guinness World Record Holder, and active Team Canada softball player. Larissa has been a part of the National Team for over a decade and now uses her experience in high performance sport to deliver keynotes that inspire teams and individuals to embrace life’s curveballs in their pursuit to excellence.
At the expo, you will have the opportunity to learn about NCAA eligibilities, as well as meet and network with American Colleges. You will also hear from Larissa Franklin, an Olympian and graduate of Western Kentucky University, who will share her experiences as a student-athlete and offer advice on how to succeed both academically and athletically.

A native of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Larissa has been a member of the National Softball Team for over a decade. After spending three years at Fort Wayne University in Indiana, she completed her collegiate softball career at Western Kentucky University earning a degree in Psychological Science. Distinguishing herself as an outfielder and triple threat, she recently helped Team Canada bring home a historical Olympic bronze medal from the Tokyo 2020 Games. She is a World Record Holder, Pan American gold and silver medalist, and a 2-time World bronze medalist.
In addition to actively competing with Team Canada, Larissa uses her experience in high performance sport to deliver keynotes and workshops that inspire teams and individuals to embrace life’s curveballs in their pursuit to excellence.
